downloaded ISO image from Salesforce contains both operating system (OS) and

software application package. Once virtual machine (VM) is configured, you need to upload the

ISO image to VM datastore to install OS and the 
Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
application software using the platform manager.

To install

Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
OS and application software on any virtual machine, the downloaded ISO image needs to be added to the Datastore. Perform the following steps to upload ISO image to datastore:

  1. Login as user root on VMware vSphere client.

    1. Enter VMware host machine IP Address.
    2. Enter your VMware vSphere administrator user name.
    3. Enter your VMware vSphere administrator password.

    The vSphere Client main window appears.

  2. Select the IP Address of your server and click Configuration tab. Click Storage option and select the Datastore and right click as shown:

  3. Click the Datastore1. Right click and select Browse Datastore.... The Datastore Browser window appears:

  4. Click Upload files to this datastore icon and select Upload File... option to upload the ISO image.

  5. Browse to the location where you downloaded the

    Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    software and select the ISO archive file (a large file).

  6. The

    Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    software file will upload to the datastore.

  7. Verify whether the SBC SWe package is uploaded to the software.
