This section provides information on how to download SBC SWE software package from the SalesForce customer portal. Perform the following steps to download SBC SWe ISO file from Salesforce:

  1. Access Sonus Salesforce Portal with your web browser.
    The Login page is displayed.

  2. Enter your User Name and Password.

    The Sonus Global Support Portal Home page is displayed.

  3. From the menu select SUPPORT.

  4. From the sub-menu select SW DOWNLOAD.

  5. From the Product drop-down list, select SBC SWe.

  6. From the Operating System drop-down list, select Linux.

  7. Click Request Download

  8. Enter the address details and accept the End-User License Agreement.

  9. Click Submit.

    The Software Request screen displays. The download request status initially shows as Submitted state.

  10. Click SUPPORT.

  11. From the sub-menu, click SW DOWNLOAD.

  12. Click Download Requests tab.

    Once the download request is approved the software download request status changes to In Process state. When the software is available for download, the status changes to Download Available state.

  13. Click the Software Request ID associated with the software bundle.
    The Software Request page displays.

  14. Click on the download URL from the Software Requests section to download the software.

    The browser redirects you to the following page and a pop-up window appears to save your file. If the pop-up window fails to appear, click the click here link to save your file.

  15. Save the software to your local PC or server.
