Use this object to configure Call Recording Criteria to associate with SRS groups. The SBC supports up to 128 call recording criteria entities.
To View Call Recording Criteria
- On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Global > Servers > Call Recording Criteria.
The Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.
To Edit Call Recording Criteria
Select the Call Recording Criteria by clicking the radio button adjacent to the criteria on the Call Recording Criteria List window.

The Edit Selected Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.

- Make changes and click Save to Save the changes, or Clear to cancel the changes.
To Copy Call Recording Criteria
Select the Call Recording Criteria by clicking the radio button adjacent to the criteria on the Call Recording Criteria List window.

- Click on the Call Recording Criteria List window.
The Copy Selected Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.

- Make changes and click Save to Save the changes, or Clear to cancel the changes.
To Create Call Recording Criteria
- Click on the Call Recording Criteria List window.
The Create New Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.

- Make changes and click Save to Save the changes, or Clear to cancel the changes.
The parameters displayed are:
Call Recording Criteria Parameters
Parameter | Length/Range | Description |

Name | 0-23 characters | Unique Call Recording Criteria name. |
Called Party ID
| 0-9 digits | The called party number for which the call is recorded. (default = NULL) |
Calling Party ID
| 0-9 digits | The calling party number for which the call is recorded. (default = NULL) |
Criteria State
| N/A | The administrative state of this Call Recording Criteria. |
Egress TG ID
| N/A | Egress trunk group ID. The call terminating to this trunk group is recorded. Eg Sip Trunk – Egress SIP trunk group ID.Ing Sip Trunk – Ingress SIP trunk group ID.

GW ID | N/A | Gateway trunk group ID. |
Ingress TG ID
| N/A | Ingress trunk group ID. The call originating from this trunk group is recorded. Eg Sip Trunk – Egress SIP trunk group ID.Ing Sip Trunk – Ingress SIP trunk group ID.

Next Hop IP
| IPv4/IPv6 format | IP address of the next hop. (default - 0.0.0.0) |
Number Of Calls | 0-99999 | The number of calls to occur to stop the recording criteria. (default = 5) NOTE: This attribute displays when Recording Stop Criteria = Num Of Calls . NOTE: This parameter is not supported for SIPrec. |
Previous Hop IP
| IPv4/IPv6 format | IP address of the previous hop. (default = 0.0.0.0) |
Recorder Type
| N/A | Call recorder type. |
Recording Duration
| 0-3600 | Duration of the recording, in seconds. (default = 0) NOTE: This parameter is only available if Recorder Type = Mct . |
Recording Stop Criteria
| N/A | Recording stop criteria. Manual (default)Num Of Calls (not applicable to SIPrec)

Recording Type

To Delete Call Recording Criteria
Select the Call Recording Criteria by clicking the radio button adjacent to the criteria on the Call Recording Criteria List window.

- Click the delete symbol on the right end of the selected row.
The Delete callRecordingCriteria dialog-box is displayed.

- Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel it.
- On successful deletion, a message is displayed.
- Click OK on the success message to complete the deletion process.
