Use the HA Pair Differences window provides the options to find locate hardware and software differences between two SBC HA peers.

Note

The HA Pair Difference functionality is available only for an SBC that is part of an HA Pairpairs. For more information on how to install HA Pair, refer to Installing SBC HA.

  1. On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > HA Pair Differences. The HA Pair Differences window is displayed.

  2. Click Find HA Pair Difference to Differences to view the software and hardware differences.Figure 2: Find HA Pair Differences

    Once the comparison is complete, the following information and differences (if any) are displayed on the screen.

    The comparison lists the version information of the following components or items on the SBC HA peers:
