Use the HA Pair Differences window to locate hardware and software differences between two SBC HA peers.

The HA Pair Difference functionality is available only for an SBC HA pairs. For more information on how to install HA Pair, refer to Installing SBC HA.

To View HA Pair Differences

  1. On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > HA Pair Differences.

  2. Click Find HA Pair Differences to view the software and hardware differences.

  3. Once the comparison is complete, the following information and differences (if any) are displayed on the screen.
