The Sonus SBC 2000 allows you to configure the Identification/Status information, Physical Data Layer, and Networking Layer for the Ethernet ports. If you want to change the IP Address, you must configure the associated Logical Interface or use the Modify Ethernet IP task found under the Tasks tab.

Note

Applying configuration to Ethernet ports can cause brief disruption to IP connectivity.

To access the Ethernet Ports on the Sonus SBC 2000:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Node Interfaces > Ports.

Note

The ASM 2 Ethernet port is for special applications, and cannot be used for VOIP-gateway or SBC functionalities.
