• An empty USB flash drive, 8GB or larger.
• The software image you would like to load. These can be obtained from the Ribbon SBC Edge Support Portal - Download Center.

Preparing the USB Flash Drive

1. Insert the prepared flash drive into one of the ASM USB ports of the

   Spacevars
   0 company

   SBC 1000/2000 system.

   • Updating the ASM Recovery Partition on the SBC 2000- directly plug it into the USB Port for the ASM.

2. In the WebUI, click the Tasks tab.
3. In the left navigation pane, under Application Solution Module, click Update ASM Recovery Partition.

4. Click the Apply button to begin the installation of the new image.

   Note
   Loading and installing the new image can take up to 10 minutes.

5. Wait for the following message to be displayed:

   Panel
   borderStyle none
   Caption 0 Figure 1 Image Installation Complete Image RemovedImage Added

    

    

6. Remove the USB flash drive from the system.
