This section provides information on how to download SBC SWE To download the SBC software package from the SalesForce Salesforce customer portal. Perform the following steps to download SBC SWe ISO file from Salesforce::

1. Type the URL www.sonus.net in your browser and press Enter. The Sonus Corporate Portal appears.

2. Click Login > Customer PortalAccess Sonus Salesforce Portal with your web browser.
   The Login page is displayed.

5. From the sub-menu select Click SW DOWNLOAD.

6. Perform the following:

   1. Select SBC SWe from the Product drop

   From the Product drop

   1. -down list

   , select SBC SWe

   1. .

   2. Select Linux From

   the 

   1. the Operating System

    drop

   1. drop-down list. The list of Software Bundles that are matching the Product and the Operating System appears below.

7. Click Request Download on the SBCSWe_5.0 software bundle list, select Linux.Click Request Download
   The Software Download Form page is displayed.

   Enter the address details and accept the the End-User License Agreement.

9. Click Click Submit.

   The Software Request screen displays. The download request status initially shows Request Status initially displayed as Submitted state.

10. Click SUPPORT.From the sub-menu, click and then SW DOWNLOAD.

11. Click Download Requests tab tab.

    Once the download request is approved the software download request status changes to In Process state. When the software is available for download, the status changes to Download Available state.

12. Click the Software Request ID associated with the software bundle.

    The Software Request Download page displaysappears.

13. Click on the download URL from the the Software Requests section section to download the software.

    The browser redirects you to the following page and a pop-up window appears to save your file. If the pop-up window fails to appear, click the the click here link link to save your file.

14. Save the software to your local PC or server.
