The following must be executed prior to installing SBC SWe Lite on Microsoft Hyper-V:
- Refer to Downloading the SBC SWe Lite Package prior to performing this procedure.
- Verify Power Options in Microsoft Windows is set to High Performance.
- From Microsoft WIndows, click Start.
- Right-click Control Panel.
- Select Hardware.
- Select Power Options.
- Select High performance.
Disable the VLAN and VM Queues to improve network performance.

| Perform the following steps for each network adapter being used. |
- From Device Manager, expand Network Adapters.
- Right-click on a network adapter and select Properties.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- In the Property field, select Virtual Machine Queues.
- In the Value field, select Disable.
- In the Property field, select VMQ VLAN Filtering.
- In the Value field, select Disable.
- Click OK.
