Configure the TR-069 application layer protocol for remote management of end-user devices with Auto Configuration Servers (ACS).

Note

TR-069 is supported on the EdgeMarc 250 Series.

To Configure TR-069

  1. Choose Admin > TR-069.

  2. Select the Enable TR69 checkbox and click Submit to activate TR-69 Configuration Parameters configuration fields.

  3. Configure settings using the information in the following table as a guide.

    Enable TR-069 Support

    Select the Enable TR69 Support checkbox to enable the TR-069 module.

    Note: When the Enable TR-069 checkbox is not selected, your configuration is saved but the TR-069 function is disabled on the device.

    Enable Informs

    Select the Enable Informs checkbox to send periodic inform messages to the ACS.

    ACS URL
    Enter the URL that the EdgeMarc should use to contact the ACS.

    ACS Username and Password

    Enter a username and password in the ACS Username and ACS Password fields to authenticate the EdgeMarc to the ACS.

    Connection Request URL

    		Enter the URL the ACS uses to connect to the system. If the WAN IP is configured by a dynamic protocol, use the token WAN_IP to substitute for the actual WAN IP.

    Connection Request Username and Password

    Enter a username and password in the Connection Request Username and Connection Request Password fields to authenticate the ACS to the EdgeMarc.

    Inform Interval

    Enter the amount of time in seconds between Inform messages.

  4. Click Submit to make your changes take effect.

  5. A message indicates that service will be temporarily interrupted. Click OK to confirm.
