PPTP Usernames allows the administrator to manage users that are allowed remote access to the LAN.

Adding a User to the PPTP Server

  1. Choose VPN > PPTP Server > Usernames.

  2. In the Username field, enter a user name to add to the PPTP database. The maximum entry is 64 characters.

  3. In the Password field, enter the user password. The maximum entry is 20 characters.

  4. Verify your password entry in the Confirm Password field.

  5. Click Add.

    A message indicates that service will be interrupted.

  6. Click OK to confirm.

Deleting PPTP Users

  1. Choose PPTP Server > Usernames.
  2. In the PPTP Usernames list, select checkboxes for the entries that you want to delete. Click All to choose all the entries or None to clear your selections.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK to confirm.
  5. Navigate to additional pages using the arrows provided at the bottom of the PPTP Usernames page.
