    Green Button

    The server is reachable and currently in use.

    Red ButtonThe server is unreachable and is currently being monitored with OPTIONS messages.

    Empty Button

    The status of the server is not known.

    SIP Server Redundancy

    NameName of the server as returned by the DNS server.
    AddressIP address of the server.
    PortPort for the SIP protocol.
    PPriority of the server.
    WWeight of the server.
    LostNumber of consecutive OPTION messages lost.
    Rcvd

    Number of consecutive OPTIONS messages received.

    Status

    ActiveThe server is in use right now. If keepalives for the active server are enabled, the Rcvd column shows how many consecutive replies have been received so far.
    UnreachableThe server is not reachable and is currently being monitored with OPTIONS messages.
    IdleThe server is not being monitored and its status is unknown.

    SIP Server Update Received at [time]

    Shows the time when the SIP server status update was last received.

    Note: The SIP server status is updated every 5 seconds.

    Current Call Control

    Shows whether the system is in remote or local mode.

    Registration Status

    Shows the SIP registration status for the OPTIONS user name. Visible when Register user with softswitch is enabled and a User name has been provided in the Authentication section.
