In this section:

Modifying a Linked Signaling Group

  1. In the WebUI, click on the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Linked Signaling Groups.
  3. Click the expand () Icon next to the entry you wish to modify.
  4. Edit the entry properties as required, see details below.

Disabling an Entry in a Linked Signaling Group

 

  1. Select the check box next to the entry you wish to disable.
  2. Click the Disable () icon at the top of the table. 

Enabling an Entry in a Linked Signaling Group

  1. Select the check box next to the entry you wish to enable.
  2. Click the Enable () icon at the top of the table. 

Creating a Linked Signaling Group

  1. In the WebUI, click on the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Linked Signaling Groups.

  3. Click the Create ( ) icon.

  4. Enter the configuration properties as required, see details below.
  5. Click OK.

Signaling Group Peers - Field Definitions

Description

Specifies the name for the Linked Signaling Group. For example, SIP to ISDN.

SIP Signaling Groups

Specifies the SIP Signaling Group added to the Linked Signaling Group. When the SIP signaling group is signaled to go "down", the corresponding linked ISDN signaling group(s) in the list also go "down". When the SIP signaling group is "up", the service status of all the corresponding linked ISDN SGs remains "up".

When a linked signaling group goes "down" the service status is reflected as Down - Peer SG Down.

Click an entry to Add/Edit/Remove.

ISDN Signaling Groups

Specifies the list of ISDN Signaling Group(s) added to the Linked Signaling Group. When all the signaling groups in the list are signaled to go "down", the corresponding linked SIP signaling group in the list also goes "down". Even if a single ISDN signaling group in the list is "up", the service status of the corresponding linked SIP SG remains "up".

When a linked signaling group goes "down" the service status is reflected as Down - Peer SG Down.

Click an entry to Add/Edit/Remove.
