To access a Time of Day Table:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.

  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Call routing > Time of Day Table and click the desired Table entry.

Modifying an Entry to a Time of Day Table

  1. Click the expand ( ) Icon next to the entry you wish to modify.
  2. Edit the entry properties as required, see details below.

Enabling an Entry in a Time of Day Table

  1. Select the check box next to the entry you wish to enable.
  2. Click the Enable () icon at the top of the table.

Disabling an Entry in a Time of Day Table

  1. Select the check box next to the entry you wish to disable.
  2. Click the Disable icon () at the top of the table.

Deleting an Entry in a Time of Day Table

  1. Select the check box next to the entry you wish to delete.
  2. Click the Delete icon () at the top of the table.

Creating an Entry to a Time of Day Table

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Call Routing > Time of Day Table and select the desired table.

  3. Click the Create Time of Day Entry () icon.

  4. Configure the fields. See Time of Day Entry - Field Definitions.

  5. Click OK.

Time of Day Entry - Field Definitions

  • If the Start Time and Stop Time are the same, or if the Start Time and Stop Time are both empty, the Time of Day entry applies all day.
  • If the Start Time is greater than the Stop Time, the Time of Day entry applies from the Start Time until the Stop Time on the next day.
  • A blank entry specifies all days or hours.

Admin State

Enables a user to disable a single entry in the Time of Day table; an entry is applied only if the entry is enabled.


Start Time

Specifies the Stop time for Time of Day according to local time. Valid entry: HH (hour):MM (minutes) in a 24 hour period.

A default time range is not set for the Start and Stop times; you must configure the desired times.

Stop Time

Specifies the Start time for Time of Day according to local time. Valid entry: HH (hour):MM (minutes) in a 24 hour period.

A default time range is not set for the Start and Stop times; you must configure the desired times.

Days of Week

Specifies the Day of the Week that is individually selected for Time of Day.  Valid entry: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
