Active Directory

The Active Directory (AD)  functionality of the SBC 1000/2000 is used for authentication and call routing purposes.  For more information about configuring the AD functionality, see Integrating with Active Directory.

RADIUS

The RADIUS functionality of the SBC 1000/2000 is used for authentication and for accounting purposes (Call Detail Records or CDR). Other functionality in the RADIUS feature allow you to define RADIUS servers and specify how the SBC communicates with them.
