The SBC Edge does not manage individual RADIUS user's SBC Edge permissions directly, instead they are managed by mapping their SBC Edge access level to the RADIUS Class to which the user belongs. The User Class is defined by the Class attribute in the RADIUS server. This attribute is retrieved upon successful authentication and matched with mapped user access level in SBC Edge.

When RADIUS users are authenticated, their permissions on the SBC Edge, will depend on the configured mapping between their existing RADIUS Class and the SBC Edge Access Level.
