Not supported by SBC SWe Lite in this release.
The Application Solution Module (ASM) can be accessed via Remote Desktop. By default, the ASM is configured with Remote Desktop Disabled. Remote Desktop is typically used only for more advanced system changes on the ASM or troubleshooting is required, and should not be required to perform basic administration and deployment of the Lync SBA.
Always power off the ASM via the Ribbon SBC 1000/2000 WebUI. If you have mistakenly shutdown the ASM via remote desktop - the only way power the ASM back on is as follows:
In the left navigation pane, go to Application Solution Module > ASM Configuration.
Though, it is highly recommended not to disable the Ethernet NIC on ASM, there are certain situations when an operator disables the Ethernet NIC on ASM. SbcComms is used to reactive the disabled Ethernet port if the operation is creating a critical communication failure.
If you have not already joined the ASM to a Domain, you can access the ASM with a user defined Administrator Password.
