In addition to the existing access levels, the Reject User access level is only applicable to RADIUS users. It behaves as a "disabled mode" for RADIUS users whose Class membership does not map to one of the other SBC Edge access levels.
How to Set the Missing Class Group Access Level
To set the Missing User Class Access Level:
- Go to Security > Users > Remote Auth Permissions > RADIUS User Class.
Click the Missing User Class Access Level tab.

- Select the access level you want to map to a user with no RADIUS class in the Access Level drop-down box.
- Click Apply.
