In some cases, you will be tasked to verify the Boot Image version loaded on your Ribbon SBC 1000/2000 model.
The boot image version may be different depending on your SBC 1000/2000 model. You can check what version you should be running - click here for more details.
To view the Boot Image version:
- In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
In the left navigation pane, go to System > Software Management > Boot Partition.
