The SBC Edge Portfolio provides Call Detail Record statistics that keep track of the transactions between the SBC and the accounting server(s). Related information about RADIUS server specific counters that provide insight into their health and communication status can be found on the Managing RADIUS Servers page.

Viewing Call Detail Record Statistics

To view Call Detail Record Statistics:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Auth and Directory Services > RADIUS > Configuration.

  3. Click the Display CDR Statistics text at the top of the page. The CDR Statistics are displayed. See below for field definitions.

Number of CDRs Sent

The number of records sent to accounting server since last counter reset.

Number of CDRs Dropped

The number or Call Detail Records removed from the queue after reaching the maximum number or re-tries for a failed server.

Number of CDRs Queued

The number of currently queued records ready to be sent to the server.
