To create a Cause Code:
- In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
In the left navigation pane, go to Telephony Mapping Tables > Cause Code Reroutes.
Modifying a Cause Code
- Click the expand () Icon next to the entry you wish to modify.
- Edit the entry properties as required, see details below.
Creating a Cause Code
Click the Create Cause Code ( ) icon at the top of the Cause Code Reroute Table Page.
- Click Add/Edit next to the Q.850 Cause Codes field to specify one or more Q.850 Cause Codes. Helpful Hint
This field presents a multi-select widget when the Add/Edit button is clicked.
