QoE Reporting must be enabled in the SIP Channels and Routing Panel of the relevant SIP Signaling group before statistics can be collected.

Overview

The SBC Quality of Experience (QoE) feature collects data about call RTP streams, generates MOS information, and sends them to a QoE server.

Enabling QoE and Configuring the QoE Service

To enable and configure the QoE service:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to System > QoE.

    In the example below, IPv6 is configured.


QoE Service - Field Definitions

QoE Agent Type

Specifies whether the node is a QoE client or the QoE server.

QoE Server Address

The IP address of the QoE server node receiving the SIP NOTIFY message. QoE Reporting must be enabled in the SIP Signaling Group.

Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are supported.

QoE Server Port

The IP address of the QoE server node receiving the SIP NOTIFY message. QoE Reporting must be enabled in the SIP Signaling Group.

Protocol

Specifies the transport protocol used to send the NOTIFY.

TLS Profile

If TLS is selected this specifies the TLS Profile this port will use for secure SIP messages.
