Through the Registration Status link on the Contact Registrant Table, you can view the registration status of the contacts registered to a SIP Server.

Access the registration status as follows:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to SIP > Contact Registrant Tables. Click on the desired table. 
  3. In the Contact Registrant Table, locate the desired entry and click on Registration Status.


Contact Registrant Status Field Definitions

SIP Server

Displays the ID of the SIP server followed by the hostname (in brackets).

Signaling Group

Displays the name of the Signaling Group which creates a REGISTER session for any entry in the SIP Server Table that contains a Contact Registrant.

Registration Status

Displays the registration status. Valid fields: Registered or Not Registered.
