Media Profiles allow you to specify the individual voice and fax compression codecs and their associated settings, for inclusion in a Media List. Different codecs provide varying levels of compression, allowing one to reduce bandwidth requirements at the expense of voice quality.
Working with Media Profiles
- In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
In the left navigation pane, go to Media > Media Profiles.
To view a profile's properties:
- Click the pop-up icon (
) next to the entry you want to view. - When you are finished, close the window.
To delete an entry, select the checkbox next to the entry and then click the Delete (
) icon.
