REST API Method: POST /rest/sbaconfig?action=installwindowsupdates

This operation will download and install the Windows Updates available on the ASM.

This operation will only install Windows Updates approved by Ribbon and previously applied through sbaupgrade action .

The action can take more than an hour depending on the number of updates in the package.

Some Windows Updates may require an ASM restart, check rt_PendingRestartNeeded in SBA Config Resource .

An HTTP Status 200 return for this action only means that the request was successfully received by the system.

Status of the action must be retrieved using the SBA Action Status Resource .
