REST API Method: DELETE /rest/spmmessagetable/{identifier}/spmstatuslinerule/{identifier}

Deletes a Status Line Rule Table Entry given a specific Table Entry ID in a given Message Table. Deletion of a Status Line Rule will not delete the underlying element descriptors associated with the Status Line Rule. The associated Element descriptors should be deleted after deleting the Status Line Rule itself.
