REST API Method: DELETE /rest/spmmessagetable/{identifier}/spmrequestlinerule/{identifier}

Deletes a Request Line Rule Table Entry given a specific Table Entry ID in a given Message Table. Deletion of a Request Line Rule will not delete the underlying element descriptors associated with the Request Line Rule. The associated Element descriptors should be deleted after deleting the Request Line Rule itself.
