For SBC SWe on KVM and OpenStack deployments, use this window to view the status of codec channel capacities on a per GPU device basis.

For more information on GPU transcoding, refer to Transcoding.

To View GPU Transcode Status

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > System > Gpu Transcode Status

The Gpu Transcode Status window opens.

Gpu Transcode Status window

The following information appears in the Gpu Transcode Status List:

Gpu Transcode Status List Parameters

ParameterDescription
System NameThe SBC system name.
Gpu Number A numeric identifier for the GPU device.

G711 Total

Total G.711 resource capacity on GPUs of this server.

G711 Utilization

Percentage utilization of G.711 resources on GPUs of this server.

Note: The G711 Utilization includes G.711 channels in use, plus channels that are reserved but not activated as part of the call set up process.  In this case, ensure to reserve enough resources to account for the worst case codec. For example, in release 4.2.x, a reserved channel is about 4.5 times as expensive as a G.711 channel.

G729Ab Total

Total G.729A+B resource capacity on GPUs of this server.
G729Ab UtilizationPercentage utilization of G.729A+B resources on GPUs of this server.
Amr Nb TotalTotal AMR-NB resource capacity on GPUs of this server.

Amr Nb Utilization

Percentage utilization of AMR-NB resources on GPUs of this server.

Amr Wb TotalTotal AMR-WB resource capacity on GPUs of this server.
Amr Wb UtilizationPercentage utilization of AMR-WB resources on GPUs of this server.

Evrcb0 Total

Total EVRCB0 resource capacity on GPUs of this server.

Evrcb0 Utilization

Percentage utilization of EVRCB0 resources on GPUs of this server.

Evrc0 Total

Total EVRC0 resource capacity on GPUs of this server.

Evrc0 Utilization

Percentage utilization of EVRC0 resources on GPUs of this server.

G722 Total

Total G.722 resource capacity on GPUs of this server.

G722 Utilization

Percentage utilization of G.722 resources on GPUs of this server.
