Use the System Congestion Current Statistics window to view system congestion statistics for the current statistics interval. To set the statistics time interval, refer to System - Interval Statistics.
On the SBC main screen, go to All > System > System Congestion Current Statistics. The System Congestion Current Statistics window opens.
System - System Congestion Current Statistics
The following output is displayed:
System Congestion Current Statistics Parameters
Parameter | Description |
---|
Name | default value is Entry. |
Level MC1Count | The number of transitions into MC1 in the current interval. |
Level MC1Total Time | The sum of time spent in MC1 in the current interval. |
Level MC2Count | The number of transitions into MC2 in the current interval. |
Level MC2Total Time | The sum of time spent in MC2 in the current interval. |
Level MC3Count | The number of transitions into MC3 in the current interval. |
Level MC3Total Time | The sum of time spent in MC3 in the current interval. |
Overload Rejects | The number of calls rejected due to system congestion sin the current interval. |
Avg Call Rate | The average call rate calculated using the formula: (# call attempts in an interval) / (# seconds elapsed in that interval). |
Peak Call Rate | The system peak call arrival rate in the current interval. |
Call Arrivals | The number of call arrivals in the current interval. |
Emergency Call Arrivals | The number of SIP emergency call arrivals in the current interval. |
Emergency Call Rejects | The number of SIP emergency call rejects since the current interval started. |
SIP Register Arrivals | The number of SIP registrations arrivals in the current interval. |
SIP Register Rejects | The number of SIP registrations rejected in the current interval. |
Avg Register Rate | The average registration rate calculated using the formula: (# registration attempts in an interval) / (# seconds elapsed in that interval). |
Peak Register Rate | The peak SIP registration arrival rate in the current interval. |
Max Active Calls | The current high water mark of the total number of active calls in both inbound and outbound directions on all trunk groups in the system in the current interval. This statistic applies to calls which are setting up, tearing down or stable. Switch-over scenario: When a switch-over occurs from SBC-A to SBC-B, the number of stable calls that were transferred from SBC-A to SBC-B equals the initial value of "maxActiveCalls" (immediately after the switch-over). Subsequent values are calculated and recorded accordingly. |
SIP Subscriptions Arrivals | The number of SIP SUBSCRIBEs that arrived in the current interval. |
SIP Subscriptions Rejects | The number of SIP SUBSCRIBEs that are rejected due to system congestion in the current interval. |
Avg Subscriptions Rate | The average SIP SUBSCRIBE arrival rate calculated using the formula: (# SUBSCRIBE attempts in an interval) / (# seconds elapsed in that interval). |
Peak Subscriptions Rate | The peak SIP SUBSCRIBE arrival rate in the current interval. |
