For the SBC SWe, this alarm is also generated when there is a CPU congestion. Calls may get rejected during congestion to maintain system stability.
If the node overload type mentioned in the alarm is "mem" then, the SBC application restarts only when the memory threshold of 90% is breached. If the node overload type is "XRM" in the alarm, then the SBC does not restart.
