Action

Verify and correct specific endpoints originating the calls to avoid fault avalanche until the solution is provided. Override this option by adding entries to the System > nonBlockingEntries, or by deleting the fault records.

Impact

Calls are rejected as a crash is observed with the key value pair and the crash count threshold is exceeded. The calls with this key value pair are rejected until it crashes again or it time outs, or the crash count threshold falls below the configured threshold value for this key element.
