Runtime Diagnostic Tests window provides options to perform Diagnostic Test and store the results of the test as log files.
On the SBC Main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > Runtime Diagnostic Test. The Runtime Diagnostic Test window is displayed.
Runtime Diagnostic Tests window has two panes. Both the panes are visible only after stopping the SBC application. To stop the SBC application, refer to System Administration - Platform Management.
Runtime Diagnostic Test Logs: Displays the old logs for the diagnostic test results.
The Runtime Diagnostics Test logs are also stored in Troubleshooting > Call Trace/Logs/Monitors > Log Management. Select Runtime Diagnostics Test from the list to view the logs.

Performing Runtime Diagnostic Tests requires you to stop the SBC Application. Stopping the SBC application causes service interruption.
The test is run only in EMA Platform Mode.
Click Start Runtime Diagnostic Tests.
The Diagnostic Test starts and the status of the test is displayed.
Once the test is complete, the application will reboot and the logon window (EMA mode) opens.
The Runtime Diagnostics Test logs are stored in Troubleshooting > Call Trace/Logs/Monitors > Log Management. Select Runtime Diagnostics Test from the list to view the logs.
Refer Downloading Logs to download the logs.
Alternatively, you can also download the logs from Runtime Diagnostic Test Logs pane. However, to view this pane you should stop the SBC application first and log on EMA Platform Mode.
Once a log file is deleted, it cannot be retrieved from any location.
The Runtime Diagnostics Test logs are stored in Troubleshooting > Call Trace/Logs/Monitors > Log Management. Select Runtime Diagnostics Test from the list to view the logs.
