SIP Trunk Group Policy Parameters

Use this object to specify digit parameter handling for this trunk group for this trunk group. (See Digit Parameter Handling Parameters table below for details).

featureControlProfile 

The name of the Feature Control Profile to associate with this trunk group.

NOTE: The featureControlProfile associated with this sipTrunkGroup can be replaced with a different featureControlProfile, if desired. However, deleting a featureControlProfile from a sipTrunkGroup object can cause call failures.

ingress flags

Use this parameter to configure the following route prioritization flags for this ingress trunk group. (See Ingress Flags table below for details)

ipSignalingPeerGroupThe name of the IP Signaling Peer Group to associate with this trunk group.
localizationVariant

Specifies the parameters and controls used for localization variant for this trunk group.

mediaSelect the profile associated with media policy for this SIP trunk group.

preferredIdentity

 This flag is used to populate the originating identity (P-Asserted-Identity, From, Remote-Party-Identity headers) for calls initiated by any of the AoRs in the group. 

The options are:

  • enable
  • disable (default)

When this flag is enabled, the configured Preferred Identity is used to populate the originating identity of (From, Contact, P-Asserted-Identity, Remote-Party-Identity, Preferred-Identity) headers of the egress INVITE.

When this flag is enabled, the configured Preferred Identity is not used to populate any of the originating identity of (From, Contact, P-Asserted-Identity, Remote-Party-Identity, Preferred-Identity) headers of the egress INVITE.

The service associated with various enhanced services and features for this SIP trunk group.

signaling

Identifies the parameters controlling the specifics of the SIP signaling for this SIP trunk group.

  • ipSignalingProfile – IP Signaling Profile name.
  • signalingProfile – Signaling Profile name.
sipDomain

The domain string used when SIP signaling requires a configured domain name.

tgIPVersionPreference

Use this flag to choose the IP address preference on the ingress Trunk Group. 

  • both-ipv4-and-ipv6 (default)
  • ipv4-only
