Each profile maps up to 256 disconnect reason codes to one or more Disconnect Signaling Sequence Profiles (SSPs) that directs the call-disconnect process. CAS, ISUP, ISDN, H323 and SIP calls may use this object and its underlying objects to perform disconnect processing. Default profiles are defined for CAS, ISUP, ISDN, H323 and SIP. The user may associate CAS, ISUP, ISDN, and SIP service groups with other unique Disconnect Treatment profiles. H.323 disconnect processing must be handled through the default H.323 Disconnect Treatment profile, h323Default

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Service Profiles > Disconnect Treatment Profile.
The Disconnect Treatment Profile window is displayed.
To edit any of the Disconnect Treatment Profile in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Disconnect Treatment Profile name.
The Edit Selected Disconnect Treatment Profile window is displayed below.
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
To create a new Disconnect Treatment Profile, click New Disconnect Treatment Profile tab on the Disconnect Treatment Profile List panel.
The Create New Disconnect Treatment Profile window is displayed.

To delete any of the created Disconnect Treatment Profile, click the radio button next to the specific Disconnect Treatment Profile which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.
Click Yes to remove the specific Disconnect Treatment Profile from the list.
