The Transparency Profile is the recommended method of configuring transparency on the SBC Core for new deployments as well as when applying additional transparency configurations to existing deployments. Do not use IP Signaling Profile flags in these scenarios because the flags will be retired in upcoming releases.

A zone is used to group a set of objects unique in a particular customer environment. A zone can also be referenced by a SIP or H.323 trunk Group.
Trunk group names must be unique across all address contexts, zones, and trunk group types.
IP peer names must be unique across all address contexts, and zones.
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Base Provisioning > Zone.
The Zone window is displayed.
The Zone can be checked for each Address Context or for all the Address Contexts created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context.
To edit any of the Zones in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Zone name.
The Edit Selected Zone window is displayed below.
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
To create a new Zone, click New Zone tab on the Zone List panel.
The Create New Zone window is displayed.
The following fields are displayed:

Dialog Transparency | This parameter specifies if dialog transparency is enabled for SIP messages processed in that zone. If enabled, SBC sends "Call-ID", "From" tag, and "To" tag transparently in the outgoing message. Note

To delete any of the created Zone, click the radio button next to the specific Zone which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.
Click Yes to remove the specific Zone from the list. A success message is displayed.
Click Ok to complete the deletion process.
The zone commands are available from both system-level and configure modes. These command allows you to perform system-level commands against a particular zone, such as recovering blacklisted endpoints and resetting statistics counts on all signaling ports.
When a zone is selected from the Zone List window, the Zone Commands window is displayed at the bottom of the Zone window.
