The Codec Routing Priority configuration to specify the routing priorities for codecs.

To View Codec Routing Priority

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Media > Codec Routing Priority. The Codec Routing Priority window is displayed.

To Edit Codec Routing Priority

To edit any of the Codec Routing Priority in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Codec Routing Priority name.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.

To Create Codec Routing Priority

To create a new Codec Routing Priority, click New Codec Routing Priority tab on the Codec Routing Priority List panel.

Codec Routing Priority Parameters

Ingress Codec Group

Use this parameter to specify the Ingress Codec Group for routing. The options are:

AMRWB | G722 | G7221 | G7291 | MSRT | OPUS | SIL

Entry 
Egress Codec Group

Use this parameter to specify the Egress Codec Group for routing. The options are:

AMRWB | G722 | G7221 | G7291 | MSRT | OPUS | SILK

Codec PrioritySpecifies the codec priority given for the chosen Ingress and Egress Codec groups. The value ranges from 0 to 999.

To Delete Codec Routing Priority

To delete any of the created Codec Routing Priority, click the radio button next to the specific Codec Routing Priority which you want to delete.

Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

Click Yes to remove the specific Codec Routing Priority from the list.
