The Packet Port Status window displays a Node's Negotiation Speed and Link State.
From the SBC main screen, navigate to Monitoring > Dashboard > Ports > Ethernet Port > Packet Port Status. The Packet Port Status window displays.
By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop down box.
The following fields are displayed:
Packet Port Status parameters
Parameter | Description |
---|
Ce name | The server name. |
Port Name | The name of this port. |
If Index | The unique if Index of this management NIF" |
Mac Address | The MAC address of the network interface. |
Negotiated Speed | The negotiated interface speed. |
Max Bandwidth
| This parameter shows the maximum bandwidth that the port is capable of supporting For example, - For SBC 7000 Series platform, 95% of 10 Gigabit (Gb) port is 1,187,500,000 bytes/second.
- For SBC 5000 Series platform, 95% of 1 Gb port is 118,750,000 bytes/second.
|
Allocated Bandwidth
| The bandwidth (bytes/second) allocated for a particular port for active media streams. |
Rx Actual Bandwidth
| The actual Rx bandwidth, which is used for a particular port (bytes/second). |
Tx Actual Bandwidth
| The actual Tx bandwidth, which is used for a particular port (bytes/second). |
Bandwidth Usage
| This parameters shows percentage of load (Allocated Bandwidth ) for a particular port using the formula: Allocated Bandwidth /Max Bandwidth * 100
|
Bandwidth Deviation
| This parameters shows the percentage of deviation of actual bandwidth from allocated bandwidth. |
Link State | The state of the interface. |
