Viewing Call Media Status

  1. Log on to the EMA Configurator as admin.
  2. Click All tab.
  3. On the navigation pane, click Global > CAC > Call Media Status. The Call Media Status window is displayed.

    Note

    When the call volumes are high, EMA takes approximately 30 seconds to display the output.
