If the SBC is configured to retrieve subscriber data from an Active Directory (AD) server, use this window to view the status of data synchronization between the SBC and the AD server.
On the SBC main screen, go to All > System > Ad Sync Status
The Ad Sync Status window opens.

The window contains the following output:
