Use the SIP Sig Port Status window to view the status of SIP signaling ports.

On the SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > Zone > Signaling Ports > SIP Sig Port Status or
Monitoring > Zone > Zone Specific > SIP Sig Port Status

The SIP Sig Port Status window opens showing status for all SIP signaling ports. Use the Address Context and Zone lists to filter the output based on address context and zone.

The output includes the following parameters:

  • In Service
  • Out of Service
Local Ip Type

IP address type:

  • LearnedIP address learned from the IP interface in the IP interface group
  • Static – Static IP address
Fixed Ip V4IPv4 address learned dynamically (obtained through DHCP).
(Parameter visible only for SBC SWe N:1 HA or cloud-based deployments.)
Fixed Ip V6IPv6 address learned dynamically (obtained through DHCP).
(Parameter visible only for SBC SWe N:1 HA or cloud-based deployments.)
Floating Ip V4External IPv4 address.
(Parameter visible only for SBC SWe N:1 HA or cloud-based deployments.)
Floating Ip V4External IPv6 address.
(Parameter visible only for SBC SWe N:1 HA or cloud-based deployments.)
Port NumberUDP/TCP port number of the SIP signaling port (default: 5060).
