This feature supports multiple SLBs (Session Load Balancer) in an SLB Meshed structure, where one SBC cluster (N:1 VNF) can communicate to more than one SLB 1:1 HA (High Availability) pair, and one SLB HA pair can communicate to more than one SBC cluster, as shown in the following diagram.
When an SLB HA pair goes down, all the SSPs (Service Switching Point) configured with the SLB are made down in all the registered C-SBCs. When the SLB pair comes up, the CSBCs register all the SSPs configured and, upon getting a reply from the SLB, update the port status in their signaling tables.
