This statistics is available only on SBC SWe/Cloud deployments.


This object displays the current statistics for the Call Set-up Success Rate (CSSR) of the SIP Trunk Group.

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Address Context > Zone > SIP Trunk Group > SIP Trunk Group CSSRCurrent Statistics.

The window displays.

Use this window to view the statistics. Unlike other EMA objects, you cannot edit, copy, or create statistics.

Use System Administration - File Statistics Admin to enable exporting this statistics to a .csv file. Note that the SBC generates a separate file for each trunk group.
