This section helps you understand the set of IP network media and signaling prefixes that an address must match for NAT handling. If there are no entries in qualified Prefix table, the endpoint is treated as existing behind a NAT device. As a result, the SBC considers requests from all IP addresses to be behind a NAT device. On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > Sip Trunk Group > SIP Trunk Advanced > SIP Trunk - Services - Advanced > Qualified Prefix. The Qualified Prefix window is displayed. System Provisioning - Qualified Prefix To Edit Qualified Prefix To edit any of the Qualified Prefixes in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Qualified Prefix name. The Edit Selected Qualified Prefix window is displayed below. You cannot make any changes to fields since they are display-only. To create a new Qualified Prefix, click New Qualified Prefix tab on the Qualified Prefix List panel. The Create New Qualified Prefix window is displayed. System Provisioning - Qualified Prefix Create Window Qualified Prefix Parameters Parameter Description IP Address V4 or V6 Specify either the IPv4 or IPv6 address. Prefix Length To copy any of the created Qualified Prefix and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Qualified Prefix to highlight the row. Click Copy Qualified Prefix tab on the Qualified Prefix List panel. The Copy Selected Qualified Prefix window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited. System Provisioning - Qualified Prefix Copy Window Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save. The copied Qualified Prefix is displayed at the bottom of the original Qualified Prefix in the Qualified Prefix List panel. To delete any of the created Qualified Prefix, click the radio button next to the specific Qualified Prefix which you want to delete. Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision. Click Yes to remove the specific Qualified Prefix from the list.To View Qualified Prefix
