This section specifies the R-Factor signaling quality measurement.
To View and Edit Qoe - Rfactor
On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > H323Trunk Group > H323 Trunk Advanced > Qoe > Rfactor. The Rfactor window is displayed.
The Qoe - Rfactor can be checked for each Address Context, for each Zone, for each H323Trunk Group created or for all the Address Contexts, Zones and H323Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context, Zone and H323Trunk Group.
The Edit Rfactor window is displayed.

Critical Qos RFactor Limit | Specifies the critical R-Factor limit, below which the call admission should be stopped. The value range from 0 - 100 and the default value is 50. |
Major Qos RFactor Limit | Specifies the major R-Factor limit, below which the call admission should be reduced. The value range from 0 - 100 and the default value is 70. |
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
