This field describes the parameters of the Calling Name Generic.

To View and Edit Calling Name Generic

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > DM PM Criteria > Parameter Criteria > Calling Name > Calling Name Generic.

Select the desired DM/PM Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Calling Name Generic parameters.

The Calling Name Generic window is displayed.
