Use the Tone Profile entity to create node for tone profiles. Tone profiles include: On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Tone Profile. The Tone Profile window is displayed. To edit any of the Tone Profile in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Tone Profile name. The Edit Selected Tone Profile window is displayed below. Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made. To create a new Tone Profile, click New Tone Profile tab on the Tone Profile List panel. The Create New Tone Profile window is displayed. Tone Profile Parameters: Parameter Description Name The user name of this tone profile. Generation The tone package identifier defined by the Ribbon Softswitch for this package. Following are signal characteristics for generating tones: Make1 Duration of the first on cadence in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range of (-1...8000). Break1 Duration of the first off cadence in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range of (-1...8000). Make2 Duration of the first on cadence in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range of (-1...8000). Break2 Duration of the first off cadence in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range of (-1...8000). Make3 Duration of the first on cadence in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range of (-1...8000). Break3 Duration of the first off cadence in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range of (-1...8000). Repeat The number of cadence cycles (1, 2, and 3 in sequence) to generate. If 0, the tone pattern repeats indefinitely. Repeat1 The second number of cadence cycles to generate. If 0, the tone pattern repeats indefinitely. Repeat2 The third number of cadence cycles to generate. If 0, the tone pattern repeats indefinitely. Repeat3 The fourth number of cadence cycles to generate. If 0, the tone pattern repeats indefinitely. To copy any of the created Tone Profile and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Tone Profile to highlight the row. Click Copy Tone Profile tab on the Tone Profile List panel. The Copy Selected Tone Profile window is displayed. Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save. The copied Tone Profile is displayed at the bottom of the original Tone Profile in the Tone Profile List panel. To delete any of the created Tone Profile, click the "x" button next to the specific Tone Profile which you want to delete. Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision. Click OK to remove the specific Tone Profile from the list.To View Tone Profile
