In this section:
Use this feature to provision emergency number translation services for subscribers with phone numbers not tied to a specific geographic location.
On the SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Servers > E911. The E911 window is displayed.
Click the radio button next to the specific E911 name. The Edit Selected E911 window is displayed.
Make the required changes and click Save.
Click New E911 tab on the E911 List panel. The Create New E911 window is displayed.
E911 Parameters
Parameter | Description |

Name | Enter the E911 name. |
Default Treatment | Select the default treatment for requests that time out from the drop-down list.

Request Time | The request timeout value, in milliseconds, for messages from the SBC to the server. Length: 0-2147483647 The default value is 4000 ms. |
Route Precedence | Specifies whether the routing should follow LRO (Last Routing Option) or Local Routing if a location for the caller cannot be determined.

Vpc Device | Specifies the VPC device name for the E911 server. Length: 0-23 characters Use this field to define E911 VoIP Positioning Center device data for the SBC to use for queries to one or more E911 VPCs for the Emergency Services Routing Number of the Public Services Answering Point nearest the current location of the caller. |
Make the required changes and click Save.
Once you create an E911 entry, you cannot delete it. Plus, only one instance of this object is allowed.
