The call routing is controlled based on two Quality of Experience (QoE) parameters:
On the SBC main screen, go to All > Global > QOE Call Routing. The QOE Call Routing window is displayed.
The following fields are displayed:
Parameter | Description |

Media QOS | Specifies whether to enable media Quality of Service (QOS) Based Routing while setting the parameters for signaling quality based routing or not.

Signaling QOS | Specifies whether to enable signaling QOS Based Routing while setting the parameters for signaling quality based routing or not.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
