Routing management allows you to manage all the configurations associated with routing calls based on the carriers' business requirements.

If an SBC Application upgrade was performed recently, clear the browser cache prior to working with Routes and Routing Labels.


To view the Routing workspace, use one of the following UI paths:

  • Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Call Routing > Routing
  • All > Global > Call Routing

The Routing window displays. Click the Routes button.


The Routing screen is comprised of the following sections:

  • Tabs to view/edit either Routes or Routing Labels + Routing Label Routes (default).
  • The main workspace displays a table that lists route information.
If you exit a panel without saving, your changes are not saved.
