Use this window to reserve a portion of a GW Trunk Group's resources for specific call directions or types.
On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Address Context > Zone > GW Trunk Group > Call Reservation
The Call Reservation can be checked for each Address Context, Zone, and GW Trunk Group or all the Address Contexts, Zones, and GW Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context, Zone and GW Trunk Group.
The Call Reservation window is displayed.
Call Reservation Parameters
Parameter | Length/Range | Description |

Inbound | 0-100 | The percentage of channels (in 5% increments) reserved for inbound calls in IP gateway trunk groups. The default is 0. |
State | N/A | The administrative state of the packet outage.

Priority Call | 0-100 | The number of priority call resources (circuits or IP calls) to reserve for this trunk group. The default is 1. |
Incoming Call | 0-128 | The number of incoming call resources (circuits or IP calls) to reserve for this trunk group. The default is 1. |
Outgoing Call | 0-100 | The percentage of outgoing call resources (circuits or IP calls) to be reserved for this trunk group. This percentage is applied to the total number of circuits less the circuits reserved for incoming calls less the circuits reserved for priority calls. The default is 10. |
Make the required changes and click Save.
